Ideally, you'll need to have at least 6 months of experience with any form of resistance training. Having a solid foundation is necessary for this type of approach, whether you decide to purchase the Online Coaching, 1:1 Personal Training, or any of the Mass Gain Programs available on the website, a basic understanding of strength training is required.
Every package has different stages, whose primary objective is to educate you on ways to build muscle without sacrificing your life, family time, and other daily commitments. You need no more than six months to complete all three stages.
Every weight training program is based on a set of principles and proven techniques, teaching you how to gain steady and sustainable results without injuries. All you have to do is follow all the guidelines word for word and dedicate 3-4 days per week to start seeing results.
