Ideally, you'll need to have at least 6 months of experience with any form of resistance training. Having a solid foundation is pretty much necessary for this type of approach. Whether you decide to purchase the Online Coaching, 121 Personal Training, or any of the Mass Gain Programs available on the website, a basic understanding of strength training is required.
Each package represents a new stage, intended to educate you on ways to grow muscle without sacrificing your life, family time, and other daily commitments. All three packages will last no more than six months to complete.
Every weight training program is based on a set of principles and proven methods to help you gain steady, sustainable results without getting injured in the process. All you have to do is dedicate 3-4 days per week, and follow the coach's instructions and guidelines to start seeing results.
